Been out for a month so far. They are still trying to figure out what it is, but so far its real bad tendonitis of my right knee with suspected meniscus involvement. Waiting on the results of an MRI as we speak.
Either way, I'm going stir crazy cause the PT guy has me pretty much on just stretching exercises, and no riding allowed. I wouldn't even try it anyway cause it hurts.
So just for kicks, was wondering what my fellow bike freaks did or do during their injury downtime. I've been doing a lot of research on my next bike, and scoping out shops I might want to buy it from, but thats only fun for so long since I can't even get fitted until I'm better. Maybe share some stories to help a fellow downed bro..
