3 months after their first email saying my UPS label was on its way shortly,

I got an email from Kryptonite this morning saying my UPS label was shipped yesterday so now I can exchange my crappy EV Disc Lock.

I don't even care anymore.

Same here. Just got my UPS label e-mailed to me yesterday. I'll get that sucker back on its way to them. Kind of cool they are willing to replace an old lock like mine.

I got my replacement lock last week. I originally emailed them in October. Spiffy orange sleeve. I'm happy. :D
