Around $50...they were made by Huffy from low-tensile steel and originally came equipped with mag wheels.

Yes is reynold 531 tube. 24 inches 60cm frame. With shimano 600 front and rear derailluers.

$50 on eBay...I think $40 is a fair offer.
I have a 60th Anniversary one: frame alone was $2,200.
That one looks like mid-late 70s.
