Another newbie question...
I know that everyone is shaped and proportioned differently but I wanted to pose a generic question to everyone who rides their road bike on a trainer...
Let's say that you are sitting in the saddle. You lower your body as if you were coasting downhill--trying to make your back flat on top. If you were to look straight down, where would your nose be? Would it be behind the handlebars, or would it be on top of the handlebars?
does that make sense?
