Hey, DD is worthy of two parties, especially given his general good nature and sense of humor.

As an example, I recall this from the past year as one of his funny posts:

Damn, that's a fine looking frame; LOVE the lugwork and the detail painting. A beauty - and kudos for putting the modern stuff on her (I have a new appreciation for that sort of thing).
BTW, is is just my twisted mind - or does that head tube decal incorporate (intentionally or unintentionally) something that sorta goes right along with the framebuilder's name?

Hint: the archway :)

Thanks, guys and gals - it really touched my heart to see this thread to see when I got back from my day of riding :)

I am truly humbled - this is probably one of the coolest things to ever happen to me! TimmyT and gaucho777, you guys are just too awesome for starting threads; everyone else is too cool for saying all those nice things (some of which might even be true ;))

I really love this place - and here's yet another reason why :)
