Until today, the last ride I did was a nice ride up Glendora Mountain Road on June 23rd. I hadn't realized it had been so long until I looked at Strava today. Ugh! I kept putting it off for one reason or another.

The week after 6/23 was a business trip to Austin, no time to play. Then a cruise vacation with the family from July 1 to 9, and then I caught the nasty bug my wife got on vacation...

So apparently after 3 weeks, you can lose quite a bit of stamina. I'm not sure if it was the lack of riding or the cold I have. I'm still coughing up a storm but I packed up the bike, dropped my son off at dive practice and hit the road. The bike trail I was going to use was closed due to never ending construction :notamused: so I cut that short and hit the roads instead.

So... totals for July. 8.1 miles, 269 feet. Big whoop. Fortunately, I signed up for a century in 31 days so I have to get cracking. :) I think I could have done it no sweat on June 23 but now I'm a little concerned.
