I have given up on 242 since they changed the traffic pattern
How did the chip seal effect the riding on FM1485?
My average is up to about 11-12 mph

The chip'n seal was temporary and a nice smooth asphalt surface is in place.

Yup, ride from the Woodlands and in Montgomery twice a week usually around 62 to 85 miles.
