Framebuilders - Looking for specific framebuilder from northern europe need help! steel/carbon hybrd?

Hey guys saw a video of a custom steel frame being made by some framebuilder who actually used a really cool technique where he cut small rectangles out of his top and down tubes and then put carbon fiber in the holes. Needless to say it looked very cool and im sure it saved some weight (ok probably not that much) and I would really like to try these techniques on my next build but i haven't ventured into the custom carbon world yet and cutting up the tubes that hold my weight make me a little nervous about the integrity of the frame. Problem is for the life of me i can not remember the name of the builders website or even what i searched on google to get there. If anyone happens to have seen the video or knows of this framebuilder that would be very helpful, even a tip in the right direction, sorry im not very specific i think it was a northern european company thats about all i know. If no one has heard of them has anyone else at least heard of these steel/carbon hybrids before? it might just be for looks but still worth trying.

Sounds like Exogrid which is patented. Holland cycles (USA) hold a licence, which might be why you thought it was North European.

Titus used Reynolds 953 in an Exogrid prototype at Interbike in 2007. I'm not sure it went production.

Thanks for the quick responses this has been killing me, it was holland cycles very cool video they have. So it is patented but i only build frames for myself not commercial sale so that doesnt matter too much. Anyone think something like this can be done without multi-thousand dollar equipment? Ive built a ton of steel frames and one or two titanium and aluminum ones and have all necessary jigs and welding equipment. Open to painstaking amounts of labor but never really messed with carbon before, perhaps it would be easier to attempt to buy from holland cycles or other supplier... If anyone has worked with both carbons and metals id be interested to here your opinion, cheers.
