Welcome aboard "hodgey". I was 14 when I went on my first multi-day tour with a school buddy. Although I had an old, huge, heavy, man's single gear bike, we had a fantastic adventure (52 years ago), and if I could turn the clock back, would love to do it again.
did 44 miles in 3 hours and a half any good? was on mountain bike because hybrid in for maintence
