During my afternoon commute to work today I passed a couple of "Tweenie Boppers" pedaling against traffic on a quiet residential street. Their eyes were quickly drawn to my Volae Tour and as we passed I heard one comment to the other "That's the kind of bike I want. .....short pause...... Because it's so comfortable!"
A few blocks farther I passed a posse of about ten young boys just hangin' out in a church parking lot. They may have been 10 year olds, not an ominous pack of dudes at all. As I rode by, about half of them broke out in spontaneous laughter. No one had spoken so it wasn't someone's comedic wise crack that prompted the uproar. They just started laughing. I do belive that some of the same kids have previously voiced appreciation and desire about the Volae, but the group mentality won out today.
One humorous positive and one humorous negetive, it's a draw....except I win 'cause I've got the cool bike! :)
