Unfortunately, it will most likely require extensive inner ear surgery. Prognosis is good, provided the eggs aren't too deep in the ear canal.

Ever do the peroxide-in-the-ear thing? It's freaky. You might like it. (I did)
I asked an audiologist if that is ok to do and he said yes, as long as you don't have any open cuts in your ear.
