Hey there, I'm once again asking for identifying a frame. I've spotted this frame in a local e-shop, but the seller have written only "french" frame, and this is the only picture available.

I guess that it's custom paint job but still I hope someone of you can identify it. It's 52cm steel frame.

The frame was built to be a multispeed since it has forward facing dropouts and brazeons on the TT brake cables. Better pics will show for sure but the drops look stamped making it a lowerend frame.

The pic lacks any detail to make a better guess as to the quality and country of possible origin.
