Trying to cobble together a cheap build using mostly parts I have lying around. I have the following:

Ultegra 6600 shifters
Ultegra 6600 f + r derailleurs
Ultegra 6600 10-speed chain
Ultegra 6600 10-speed cassette
Dura-Ace 7800 bottom bracket

Can use any of the following crankset?

Shimano FC-3403 Sora Crankset (9-speed)
Shimano FC-4650 Tiagra Crankset (10-speed, I think)
Shimano FC-4550 Tiagra crankset (9-speed, I think)
Shimano FC-R600 crankset

Thanks for your help!

Whenever I already own parts I'll test fit them on a bike and see if I can make them work together to my satisfaction. If I'm buying parts, I'll always hold out for ones that match.

In your case, I'd definitely use the Tiagra 10-speed crankset.

Your 7800-series bottom bracket is an external bearing type that should be compatible with any Shimano crank with a built in spindle in the drive side arm. Any of the cranks you lists will work but the 10-speed cranks will be a bit better with the 10-speed chain.
