I really think the Limeys were better at "swashbuckler"(1700 sailing films) and bread pudding.This would be more adult type viewing.

The show changed in 2005 with Christopher Eccleston as the Doctor.
It has a much bigger budget and better writing.

Don't you guys go being mean about Dr Who. You should go back to the series with Tom Baker to find out what it was all about but the series that started with Christopher Eccleston is pretty good too.

Tom Baker IS the Dr Who which you see all the pop culture references to. Jon Pertwee, The Dr before Tom is OK too but the very first series (in black&white) is very hard to get into even for fans. I never really got into the 2nd Dr either.

The new series (since 2005 or so?) is actually pretty good, and much higher budget than before. It's still aimed at a younger audience, but that doesn't mean adults can't enjoy it. Plus, Amy Pond is hot.

Oh yeah, well I've taken to drinking tea. I'm trying to cut back on caffeine and heard that tea has half the caffeine of coffee. This stuff calls itself Yorkshire tea. Not bad, mate.
Next I needs to get me one of those real nice teacups to drink out of at the office.
