Is there a good substitute for Campy NR pulley wheels? Mine seem to be worn and the chain is slipping side to side a bit and causing sloppy shifting.

You might try these (http://www.loosescrews.com/index.cgi?d=single&c=Derailleur&sc=Rear%20Pulleys&tc=Campy&item_id=SH-DAP&id=301243316210).
Campy NR derailleurs use basic pulleys with a 5mm through bolt. This is far and away the most common type of pulley, and there's a vast selection to choose from. You can have all metal or plastic, simple bronze bushing with end covers or ball bearing.
Based on years of experience, this is one of those few applications where cheaper is better. I've found plastic pulleys on bronze bushings to run quietest, and need the least service (just about zero).
