Look under the bottom bracket and see if there's a serial number. That would help the most. Rear dropouts seem decent quality, but that doesn't necessarily mean a notable brand always.

It's a Visp, aka 'PCO Custom'.
Dude, gotta replace the tires and seatpost ASAP. That black is killing the look.

I'm glad he was able to recoup his losses.

That is fantastic.
Consider replacing the water bottle with something a little more aero, something like all the racers are using. Like this:

Dude, it's a Visp - just like this one (http://www.pedalroom.com/bike/visp-a-concept-2199) and this one (http://www.boutiquecycles.com/bikes/details/black_white_pista/P174/).
Only the older ones have a countour at the top of the seat tube.

Apparently the Comma key is the only punctuation with which you are familiar. It wouldn't kill you to use the shift keys either.
lol
EDIT:
Oh wait. I see that you know how to use exclamation points...because you used SEVEN of them in your thread title.

No, but given you type as well as a mentally disabled person from the country where the frame was made, an english class may be necessary to actually understand you.

All bull**** aside what would you guys value the frame and the fork alone? They are both in excellent shape, the fork is carbon fiber

Take the weight of the frame and multiply it by the market rate for scrap aluminum.
You made a very bad decision. It's worth probably half of the worth of your fuji that you gave for it.

Here:
http://www.amazon.com/Track-Fixie-Road-Frame-White/dp/B005KWW8H6/ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&qid=1345751760&sr=8-1&keywords=visp+track+frame
Now cut the price in half because it's used.

Well i only have 280 into the bike, thats including the rims, stem, bars, ect. So its not that bad, in the future I will definitely pay more attention to trades.

You can buy a brand new visp frameset for less than $200. It's not like a newest 3.0 frame is a gem either, so the trade was just about right. If you were looking to cash out on this frameset, you could maybe get $100 if you were patient. (and put cinelli stickers on it)

Yea the reason i traded the 3.0 was it was way too small for me and i just didnt like the color. But with this one its the perfect size and it has more style to it. Im probably going to keep it for a while

I'm pretty sure that fork isn't carbon fiber.

Dude, even in that ****ass pic you posted, I can see welds down near the derpouts. It's an aluminum fork.

The Amazon link I posted on the previous page shows the exact same fork and says it is made of '6061 Alloy'.
Could just be the super glue attaching the plastic to steel?

enjoy your bike and ride it bro. it shouldnt matter to much what it is as long as YOU like it. who cares if its a visp.
Just ride it until something cracks, and then transfer the parts to a better frame.

You can? I haven't seen track Visps on ebay for a while. At the moment I can only find the carbon road frame. I wouldn't really want a visp myself, so I haven't give it all that much effort either.

Dayumn. I actually went back to check your links before posting (because I'd noticed visps are not on ebay anymore) but somehow missed that, I only noticed the pedal room & boutique cycles ones.
