I don't get on facebook much. once a day maybe. Got on there this morning and 90% of the posts are someone regurgitating what someone else posted. Listen up, I'm not going to change my status to that because god will save a kitten if I do.

I require a deposit before someone gets on my friend's list. They forfeit their deposit if they leave a mess on my wall.

The worst are those messages that use peer pressure or try to guilt people into thinking they're less of a friend ... "... bet only 9% of my friends will repost ...".

Facebook is so funny to me.

The tech press all fawns over Facebook and all of its Big Data management stuff... it takes on a whole different meaning when you realize that 50% (or more!) of this "Big Data" is made up of people posting about farts and breakfast and useless minutiae and chain letters.
