Well that's a Litespeed, available from all good Litespeed dealers (and very nice it is too). But that's Recycling.co.uk/MG Rover, which is a UK cycling team, but not the UK Track Team. The official national team (Hoy, Wiggins et al) ride gorgeous carbon frames made specially for them. You can't buy one anywhere. Not even Ebay. Not even if you asked nicely. Not even if you hijacked the team truck and stole all the bikes, they'd hunt you down and break your legs. Sorry :)
