Took a ride on my 1993 Trek 830 Antelope. I ride this now when I ride with the LOML so I don't have to coast as much. All three of my boys have used this bike through the years. I had to get a new seat post and seat but other than that she is still in decent shape. It's a cell phone pic sorry about the quality or lack thereof. I hit the Nature Trails and had a blast. Since I have started riding again I have lost almost 20 pounds. This has been a load of fun!

Have a great day!
John

John, your bike still looks great, glad you are riding again and congrats on the weight loss. I managed to drop 29 lbs since March, so far. Feel a lot better, too. Hope you can continue the riding and the good results.

John, congrats on the achievements so far. The old TREK 830's seem to just keep on going.

I had to sell my 1990 830 - I miss it. Was a fun town bike

I sold my Trek820 many years ago and still do not regret it. Got a GT Pantera and don't regret that one going either. Next one was keeper bought in 93 and it is still a good ride---

Congrats on the weight loss. I had an old Mongoose that got me back into cycling. I regret getting rid of it.

Good to see you back on the saddle! Antelopes are a great classic. I have one coming my way if I ever get over there to grab it (free). Fun on trails and in town.

(I ride old bikes, yes even road bikes....I prefer them)

Ride on!
