Bruce here. Formerly from NY/NJ now living retired in South Carolina. I'm 62 and have been riding about 10 years. I have a Bianchi Advantage for riding around the community and a Serrotta Concours for any longer rides. I just picked up a nearly pristine Motobecane Mirage which I am restoring, It looks like it was never ridden but after 37 years the brake shoes have turned to wood and the grease has broken down. Installed some jagwire cables and Koolstop brakes and overhauled the front wheelhub today. Next - Rear hub, bottom bracket and headset. Cool bike- Steel is real.
