I have a bad lower back. I don't know what's wrong with it, and Dr isn't helpful, so I don't want to exacerbate it.
So, I'm not sure if I actually need a full suspension bike. I'd appreciate any experiences/input from other people who have ridden both, and have chronic lower back pain.
