Hello Everyone,
I have been seriously riding for about 13 years now and have enjoyed every minute of it. I started off riding trails with friends, but as most of my trail riding buddies and I were moved around the country due to our careers, I made the move to road biking. I got a great deal on a Trek 1500 and have been riding it ever since. Most work days I ride about 20-25 miles. On days off I usually ride 30-40 miles. I mix it up with some running and have done some half marathons and one full marathon. I have been reading these forums for some time and finally decided to become a member.
