I've been a lurker for a while - finally decided to jump in - as I am finally booked to arrive in Ireland on 24 Sept - headed to UK then France, Spain & Portugal (if I have time)
Bringing a P6R Brompton folder with me (12% lower gears) - wanting to pedal as much as possible, take busses & trains here & there along the way.
Trying to get in shape now
Need all the help I can get - I do wish to return in one piece - & not in a body bag lol -
