i been on the site for a few weeks and its great. i have learned alot from it and from the questions i have posted i received fast answers. im 45 and whats called a clyde. about 6 months ago i had a stroke.the dr told me three things...........get better get worse or stay the same.i chose to get better. on the advice of my brother i bought a bike.a Giant sedona. now i havent been on a bike since i was a kid riding and jumping my supergoose over anything. was very hard at first. had no balance had to pretty much learn to ride a bike again.those first few months was doing like 2-4 miles a day.now i average 17 miles a day and have lost 28 pounds. im at 244 now. never would have thought at 45 i would have had a stroke and would be riding a bike.i now love riding the bike and look forward to it everyday. \m/\m/
