One time i was haveing a bowel movement so i go to clean up and i felt something wiggle down there so i pulled it and it was a 9 foot worm covered in some kinda chocalate

I wouldn't worry too much. The last 3 lbs was probably when you took off your watch, and if you shaved off your beard recently, that might account for another 2 lbs.

South Beach Diet, Phase I. It says you can expect to lose 8-13 lb. in the first two weeks. I've done the diet twice now; once 7 years ago and I lost 8 lb. in the first week, and this time I lost 9 lb. It slows down after Phase I, but the first few pounds drop off fast.
