Hello. I have an Evil D.O.C. frame and I am rebuilding the bike (for the first time).

I need to know what type of forks I can use with my new transition rims I bought for the setup (the dimensions for the forks).
I also need a need to know about headset information, so it works with my setup.

Here is my rims:

information
They're Tranny 32s.There's a 16t cog on the rear hub right now.
15x100
10x135

Please tell me what information/work I need to do to get myself riding!

Well, you certainly need a fork with a 15mm axle. That's about all I can tell you from this. I've never heard of your frame. A link to the specs for it would help...
