Not enough freeboard to float; even if the bottom is watertight, with two people aboard water would come over the sides at the low point by the seats and swamp it.

I recall a thread about the almost exact same vehicle a few years ago, the amphicar showed up in that one too eventually.

This vehicle was a CONcept, kind of like the Dale automobile.

a little fiberglass.. a lil marine grade grease.. some epoxy.. :D

I'd build it! I have little interest in it as a rider, but it is unique and I like that sort of thing. Nice find, in my opinion.

This a actually looks like a amusement park paddle boat that someone has converted a 2 seat peddle car.
