Hi...
I got HT bike with 16" frame, Shimano Altus drive terrain 18 speeds, Da-Chang hubs, Araya steel rims 1.75x26", RST Omni 156E frontshock, Profile Design H2O handlestem and K-Alloy handlebar.
How can I reduce its weights???

The best thing you could probably do is; change your wheels for a lightweight wheelset.
This will give you more acceleration, but it takes also less power to rotate the wheeels.
You can either buy a fabric wheelset like Shimano or Sun, or a handbuilt wheelset, therefore you have to find a LBS or a wheelbuilder to do it for you.
The first option is cheaper than the second, but handbuilt is more your own choice of components and more custom :D

Your forks quite heavy (or atleast most RST forks are) but a lightweight suspension fork will cost a lot of money, probably more than the bike is worth - it's a sad truth that to get strong lightweight components you need a bottomless purse. You could try a rigid fork.

Unless you have a reasonably lightweight frame to start with, weight reduction may not be worth while.
Switching to alloy rimed wheels will give you some advantages, they are lighter and have better braking surfaces than steel.
There a 2 kinds of manufactured wheels, the expensive kind with few spokes and special features, and cheap standard looking ones.
If you go for standard wheels (32 or 36 spokes), then ones built up by a bike shop will be stronger than ones built by a machine, but will be more expensive.
Go to
mountain bike review (http://mtbr.com/) and look under the message boards there. There is a whole section on lightening the bike. It is the life's mission of many, many on there to loose just one more gram!
Anyway, there is a great way to begin your journey into weight weenie-dom

I was once told that the best way to get a bike light is to just get off it.
