So my dad used to race in mexico and had a few bikes and frames left over once I was old enough to ride. I raced bmx for a while and then he decided to have someone custom make a small road bike from one of his old frames. I'm not sure which frame he ended up using since I was 10 when he had it done but I'm pretty sure there's nothing like it that ive seen online.
the frame was cut, rebuilt, and fitted with most of his old campy group besides the front hub and brake levers.
it has a campy (not sure if track?) crankset that were made down to super small length (blasphemy I know, but it was a long time ago)
it also has Clement Routa 22 tubulars! that measure about 20.5 inches in diameter. I have no idea what rims but it seems that in order to be laced right, there were less spokes used than holes on both the front rim and campy hub.
it also has
-campy front and rear (reverse mounted) brakes
-sugino seatpost
from the few online road bikes this size that ive seen, they were small enough that people used regular 20in bmx-ish bike wheels and tires which kinda takes away from the authentic look of a very small road bike. here are the pictures and one to compare with my kilo tt which is a 50
