Bikeforums.net is a forum about nothing but bikes. Our community can help you find information about hard-to-find and localized information like bicycle tours, specialties like where in your area to have your recumbent bike serviced, or what are the best bicycle tires and seats for the activities you use your bike for.

So cool! It took me 1:30 to get to work in the 3 inches that were coming down. A SE wind pushing me to work. I hate glasses in this weather, cause not only do they fog, but the snow collects, and collects and collects, can't get them to dry out or defog.
Not sure I want to do the ride home. 7 inches of the white stuff, winds howling to 50 mph out of the NW for the ride home? Uh, say co-worker, I got five bucks can I get a ride? Maybe when I get home I'll do some riding on the unplowed greenway. That is if the Friday night ride hasn't destroyed it. I love freash powder snow biking!

I can relate!

Had some 40-50 mph winds on the way home last Thursday...ended up driving in to work on Friday...I managed to cross the fine line between really steenkin' unpleasant over to really really stoopid and irresponsible then.

Still...it's sunny out again, and looks like snow might be a commin!

Yea!

Ride warmly,
