I have tried repeatedly to contact this company using their "Enquiry" system and they will not respond. They have my correct email.
I'm seriously considering returning my order as I don't feel comfortable with the thought of them honoring any customer satisfaction issues.
They appear to have some pretty good prices on stuff, but that is worthless to me if they won't talk to their customers.

If you enquired Sat-Mon, I'd give 'em a day or two. They probably pile up over the weekend.
If you do make a return, sign into your account and follow the returns protocol.
Thanks, been trying for 3 days now. One big problem is their system says I've made no orders! No rewards points, or anything. I'm sure they've charged my cc, but need to verify that. Sure doesn't give one the warm & fuzzy!
never had a problem, order stuff all the time, returned a few items with no problem
