Anyone ever use these things???

I put in around 700 Miles a year on my mtb and many more on my road bike so i'm not new to riding or racing.

I've used Slime (very little amount) in my tubes for many years and have had I believe 2 flats in the last 7 years. Plenty of things in KY/IN to give a guy flats.

I picked up these tube protectors today and will be running them moving forward too see how they hold up. Seems pretty cut and dry to install, hopefully they hold up to punctures.

They will not work for pinch flats but if you run your tires that low on PSI to get pinch flats then shame on ya.

I just flatten out old PBR cans and duct tape them inside my tires.

If I didn't recycle I'd do the same, but good idea.

Just make sure they are put in properly. If not they can cause flats.
