Those look like clipless pedal cleats. SPD type I think.

"Silver things" are shoe cleats for clipless pedals. I believe the figure 8's are meant to fit under a different type of cleat. Yes, it's just a screwdriver. The small spanner is to hold in place the back portion of a chainring nut while you use an allen wrench to tighten it. A "fulcrum sleeve" is used as a stop for a Sturmey Archer shift cable (Google it). Huge nut may be a cartridge BB tool.

If the huge nut has slots on the other side, it's probably another multi-size spoke wrench.

The brass figure 8s are for clipless pedals as well. They are a washer that fits on the inside of the shoe.
I don't think the pin spanner is for chainring nuts. Not the right shape.

Pin spanner looks like it might be for crank dustcaps or perhaps for the outer ring of self extracting crank bolts.

I found a couple of those little Proto keychain screwdrivers about 20 years ago and I use them all the time. Keep it on your keyring. They're made from some kind of indestructible tool steel too!

So the envelope shows Up with a nice note from the post office saying the envelope is empty and mangles. Sorry. The seller seems cool with the issue and is talking with the post office. it was insured so I will get my money back from the seller and she can make a claim to the post office. I ordered the tools from Amazon.
