Hi all,

I am just getting into bikes and wanted to say hello. I prefer fixed/single gear bikes and love building/learning new things.

I recently purchased the following bike and hope to learn a thing or two both on this forum and while I try to upgrade/build my own bike(s).

I would love to hear/see your opinions on what I have/what I should check out first re: upgrading.

I'll fill you in on what I'm looking for, how much riding I do, where I ride, etc. after/during your comments.

Hey B,

Welcome to Bike Forums from Texas.

Nice the way it is.

Replace parts when they wear out.

Welcome to Bike Forums! I second replacing what breaks. Also ride it for a while, so you can see what YOU want to upgrade. A good rule of thumb is if you have to ask, save your money.

I think I want to change the bars as I am realizing I prefer a straight bar or bullhorn. Suggestions? Info?
