I have one that I bought on ebay- I have the handbook here and it gives a weight limit of 90 kg for rider and baggage. I am about 96 kg however and have ridden it without structural failure yet. The weight for the bike given in the promotional material is 7.99 kg.

Rider height can be between 1.40 m to 1.85 m the handbook says. I am 5 ft 11 inches and would say this is about at the limit.

Tyre pressures are 71 to 90 psi. The bikes allegedly have a 2 year guarantee where it says "your trader is the contact person". Not very helpful though if you bought it on ebay.

You can pick them up quite cheaply here in Germany on ebay. I only paid about 80 euros for mine. In fact have only ever seen them on ebay. List price on the website is 199 euros.

I would recommend swapping the stock pedals for folding ones and fitting a strap running from the seat rail to the stem tube of the bike. This really makes it quite a neat package that you can carry over your shoulder like a bag. I do not know why they do not come like this as standard because these simple things transform the bike into something quite useful and portable.

I have to warn you though that riding one is not like riding a normal bike. You need to practice first somewhere quiet as they are more unstable and difficult to ride. I have to say that I normally find my Dahon Impulse much more practical and useful. You can get up a reasonable speed with them though on flat level ground.

If you have a specific regular journey in mind (e.g. not too long with some public transport involved) or just for a bit of fun (you get a lot of strange looks) they are Ok.

I really appreciate the information you
were able to provide me with. Im 5'8 and weigh in at 195lbs
so it looks as though ill be fine (crosses fingers).
As far as what ill be using it for. It will be for getting
to the bus stop about 2 miles from my house
in the summer when the busses bicycle racks are full
due to the 114 degree heat. so something along the lines of
this "bicycle" will be great.
