I am looking at upgrading my Tiagra 10 speed cassette and was wondering what would be the advantage of maybe 105, Ultegra or Dura Ace?

Mostly weight. The higher up the hierarchy you go, the lighter it gets. There's also the issue of durability - but not on the titanium sprockets on Dura Ace cassettes. And of course, price...

Minimal - impact of weight difference is negligible, and unless you are having a problem with wear on the current cassette there's no performance difference.

The weight saving is mostly in your wallet.

FWIW, I've been racing on Tiagra, 105, and SRAM 1070 cassettes for years. They haven't held me back.

Will lighten that wallet.. for shiny plating at the first level, Ti and stuff at the top.

You guys are forgetting all the street cred.

Also, if you're a gearhead like me, you can get a fair bit of value just staring at your bike when it's nice enough.

The plating. When mine is wornout, I replace with a SRAM 950/951
