Brakeless SS snow bike

A brakeless singlespeed? Do you just wrap it around a tree when you need to stop?

Parked cars work well. They sorta absorb the impact a bit when you hit hard.

Its a brakeless SS SNOW bike, so it doesn't go very fast. If I want to stop, I crash into a snow bank, jump off, drag my feet, or run over a mound of snow!

I witnessed such a beast just today. Alexi was riding a brakeless SS bike. We went down hills and all, it was crazy but it worked.

I rode a brakeless BMX, but it was much smaller, which made it easier to either jump off or put my foot in the back tire to stop.

For God's sake, just make the bike fixed. You have way more control in the snow that way anyway.

My 3-speed beater (really more like a singlespeed since it doesnt always shift) has steel rims, which means snow = brakeless riding. Its surprisingly easy, actually - between the lower speed, the rolling resistance, and my "fixth sense" I rarely even bothered trying to brake anyway.
But yeah, there's no substitute for fixed :D
