Bought a nice bike to ride for fitness almost one year ago. Finally got the seat, bar, stem, and pedals just right. Feels great to sprint in the drops and long hours in the saddle. Love long rides by myself. I have chronic pain from neck and back plates/screws from falling off of motorcycles all my life and finally found a way to exercise. Unbelievable improvements in core strength and muscle tone after two decades of inactivity. Every ride is a revelation....I always learn something about my riding.....small things like where to place my hands in different situations or where/how to sit on the seat to relieve pain in my butt and feet. Now up to 200+ miles a week with a few "century rides" under my belt. I am now a cycling fanatic!273992
