I know there was a threat like this already, but I couldn't find it in a SEARCH.
Here's my entry:

No. It is the best song for gettin up out of bed and riding out the door.
I used to almost religiously listen to it riding to work from West London into the city.
Too slow for racing.
I recommend
Aphex Twin - Didgeridoo
for foggy days in New York riding through midtown.

motorhead: pretty much anything by them i like for riding fast
The Business for the slower rides
Right now I'm enjoying:
Ben Harper and the Blind Boys of Alabama - There Will Be a Light
Beastie Boys - To the 5 Boroughs
Foo Fighters - The Color and the Shape
The Damned - Anthology
These just because they were at the library last time I was there. I like free music. Because I'm poor.

I listened to a bit of this at Tower Records. It sounded pretty cool. I like the song they did with Soloman Burke on his most recent album.

Better get yo'self down on the corna and make yo'self some money!
I would but I have another favorite song right now.
"Why Does it Burn When I Pee" - Frank Zappa :roflmao:

Whatever, it's all about the Dead Milkmen's "Takin' Retards To The Zoo". Retards beware!

Sort of depends on my mood. Anything low-key or flow oriented and I'm all about electronic music in general.
If I'm feeling feisty or restless, more along the lines of these songs:
Live For Now ~ Iron Cross
Advice ~ The Pillows
Pull A U ~ The Kills
Friend to Friend in Endtime ~ Lungfish
Lightsabre Cocksucking Blues ~ McLusky
Nitroglycerine ~ The Gories
My Mind's Sedate ~ Shihad
Hi! China! ~ Thee Michelle Gun Elephant
Breathe ~ Jawbox
Siroi Yami No Naka ~ Shakkazombie
People Who Died ~ Jim Carroll Band
Where ~ Ultraspank
Diaboloney ~ Gandharvas

Gee!
And I thought since this thread was about RIDING FIXED that it obviously should appear in the SS/Fixed forum. I guess all things aren't so obvious to all thinking people.
