Framebuilders - Another reuqest for bent frame and fork evaluation - Salvagable?

Bikeforums.net is a forum about nothing but bikes. Our community can help you find information about hard-to-find and localized information like bicycle tours, specialties like where in your area to have your recumbent bike serviced, or what are the best bicycle tires and seats for the activities you use your bike for.
Are both toast? I realize the frame could have tubes replaced, but the cost may not make it worth the effort. What about the fork? could it be returned to the original bent state without significant impact to integrity of the material?

Looks well beyond repair short of new tubes and fork. Down tube and fork are dangerously damaged.

I hope nobody that uses the NIPC insurance would straighten those for you, if that answers your question. Rates are high enough for framebuilders already
Thanks for the feedback. Result of hitting a front fender at about 20 MPH.
