nokians mix with ice.
'nuff said. Heal up well!

In southwest England with the gulf stream and global warming, we don't get enough icy days to justify a pair of Nokians... wish I'd had 'em today, though!

Sorry to hear that Andy. Feel better fast.
Nokian 296's allow me to bank the bike a little, put on the brakes farily hard, and accelerate hard enough to do a wheelie on glass ice. The flater and harder the ice the better traction. The skaters at the ice rink get surprised by me sometimes.
You're on Cycling Plus too aren't you? :) My favorite bike mag.
