New to the road biking scene. Been VERY active riding my cheap Mongoose mountain bike for the past month, having a blast and found what I think to be a great deal today...a Fuji Espree and a Fuji Allegro, less than $50 in both, both function fine and ready for restoration.
Sorry about the picture, cell phone, more tomorrow when the cleanup begins.

Cheers mynewnchome, welcome to Bike Forums. Please keep us posted on the restoration progress, we have a dedicated Classic & Vintage forum just for that!

Day number 2, she's a lot cleaner, adjusted and works like a champ. Time for new tires, these are probably the originals...then new bar tape. Brakes have been completely disassembled, cleaned and correctly re-installed. Gearing adjusted as it was out of adjustment badly. Not bad for what I believe to be a 27-28 year old bike.

Hello mynewnchome. Great luck in finding two great vintage bikes for that kind of money.
A question, what size are the wheels on the Espree and the Allegro?
