Hey,
I grew up with mountain bike in, you guessed it, the Sierra Nevada Mountains. I now live where there are no mountain, or hill, or ... dirt.
It has come to my attention that my fat tired Specialized Rock Hopper is ill-equipped to handle such flat, long stretches of pavement.
I am looking for a road bike with the following specifications:
extremely light weight
minimal gears (maybe single speed)
crappy looking to not get stolen
fast
I like the more aggressive positioning of road bikes than more upright commuter bikes.
What advice for used bike meeting those specifications do ya'll recommend?
Thanks.
