Hi All,

Yesterday I went and rode half a dozen different recumbents. I have never been on one. The owner started me off with a bike e to get the feel. 'From there went to a rans tailwind and rans rocket and a stratus. The stratus as used but in great shape for around 1200 bucks. I had in mind to stay in the 1000 dollar range. There was another guy there test riding some and among them was a Tour Easy. Well I hopped on it and man what a ride. It had the most natural feeling by far . Stable, fast and comfortable but twice the price and worth ever penny. Going to save up somemore because I gots to haveits. *S*

Ride Safe....Dudley

Yea, the Tour Easy got me also.
A lot of folks like the Stratus. I didn't ride one of those. What was the main differance between the Stratus and the Tour Easy in your opinion? Also if you watch some of the used 'bent areas you can usually get a used Tour Easy for about half the price of a new one. Just make sure you know what size frame you need.
