I was looking at a good deal on a kona unit and thinking it would make a rad fixed mtb. what do ya'll think about the adjustable rear drops in terms of fixed stresses? anyone had any experience with dropouts like this?

God, it retails for $800 ?!
Redline's "Monocog" is a nice single speed ride that you can score for almost half.

i'm looking at getting it for less than $500. and the monocog has 110mm rear spacing which offers very few fixed hub choices (the sovos crap hub is the only one that I've heard of that can be spaced at 110mm). If I don't get the kona for some reason I'm probably going to get an IRO highlander or Mia.
