Is Mosso a good brand name? I want to buy a new fork for my bike I like the mosso forks. One like

The name doesn't mean anything here. This seems to be a generic made-in-China aluminum fork. The same factory makes the same fork under private label for a number of bike companies, or maybe to be sold as loose forks.

About the only way you can make a judgement about quality is to look around for bikes using the same fork (though it may be decaled differently).

One thing to consider, and consider this a personal bias, not a proven fact. I'm not a fan of aluminum steerer tubes. I know some companies use them, but I prefer the don't-think-about-it proven reliability of steel steerers. This goes double if you plan to use disc brakes which tend to create more fork stress than cantis.

Yep, they're ok. I got one and it's fine; seems to be strong. I did notice that one of the canti mounts is about a millimeter higher than the other one though.
