It's a nickname, or atleast what everyone at the encino velodrome like to call him. Probably because of the various number of restaurants he owns? not to sure of the origins on that one.

Don't they have a time trial event in January or February? Maybe I'll come for that.

Yeah, I think they have a regular TT series. I plan to hit one of those over the winter with a couple of teammates.
