That CARtoon is from Andy Singer's (http://www.andysinger.com/) book - CARtoons (http://www.andysinger.com/car-toons.html).

I recommend it. Comes with a CD that has all the CARtoons in high resolution bitmaps - so you can make your own t-shirts out of them.
