Does anyone have any experience/knowledge of the following:

SRAM 100 vs 300 vs Sugino messanger vs. Eighthinch?

If so, how do they compare?

No experience at all.

SRAM 300 > Sugino > SRAM100 >Eightinch

I'm pretty sure that the SRAM S300 is the only one of those that actually includes a crankshaft. With the others the crankshaft is on the bottom bracket.

I would say SRAM S300>Sugino>1/8 inch>SRAM S100.

S100's are close to the bottom of the barrel.

Eighthinch is def entry level. I'm betting the S100 is better, because it's actually produced by a bicycle company. Eighthinch is just the housebrand for wheel and sprocket, they don't actually make anything. The Eighthinch cranks are just choice generic cast cranks with a screen logo.

Aren't they rebranded Andels? That would definitely put them ahead of the S100's.

I have a set of both. S100s are nicer.

That's All-City. Not the massive price discrepencies between the Andels/Allcity and Eighthinch.

Although I am unsure of the new 144 bcd models from Eighthinch. Although at that pricepoint and from looking at the pictures, they're just badged generics, just like the 130 models.

They're not bad, I've got 6,000+ miles on mine. They're just not that great compared to the other options.

Honestly, you probably won't notice the differences between those crankarms if you are using it on the street.
