Glucosimine works well for some. It "solved" my wife's finger joint pain. It's also helped some of our friends. I've discussed it with an orthopedic surgeon who confirmed it's effectiveness for some. Condroiten on the other hand, does not unless it's injected directly into the joint. That's what the O surgeon told us.

I've been taking Glucosamine with MSM since Jan.1 and it seems to have helped the pain I was getting my my knees... Might just be mental.. but they don;t hurt either way.
